We can sometimes find ourselves thinking there’s nothing I can do, I am only one, how can I make a difference, it’s too hard. But if we just look a little, we find all kinds of information, inspiration and people who are making a difference in their lives. People who are glad to help us build our own life into something grand. There are literally thousands of people seeking health, wholeness and wellbeing turning up at Nourished Magazine, every day. Here we offer a place for us all to meet.

You can join the conversation by commenting on the Magazine’s articles or on our blogs or start your own Nourishing Blog. At the bottom of every Nourished Magazine article and every post on every Nourishing Blog in the community, you will find comments left by other readers and a form for you to fill out. Use this to add your insight or ask a question of the author or the Nourished Community. Simply fill out the form and type your comment. Press submit and your comment will appear. What is a Nourishing Blog?

Short for Weblog, a blog is an online journal. Think of it as your own little corner of the web where you can record and share your life with those you love and the rest of the Nourished community. Your story may assist someone’s healing or inspire someone to make a change for the better.

What a Nourishing Blog is about.

Often reading someone’s journey of discovery or recovery is more inspiring than a bunch of dry, scientific texts. We learn from stories of real people much more effectively than books. You can share your journey to wholeness with us in any way you see fit, photos, links to other places that inspire you, comments on other’s blogs. We’d love you to share your opinion on Nourished Magazine articles and perhaps the Nourished Community can leave comments on your posts, maybe you have an issue we can help you with.

What a Nourishing Blog is not about.

Please don’t use your Nourishing Blog for racist, illicit or pornographic material, selling multi level marketing products or degrading any person or group of people. Nourished Magazine reserves the right to unsubscribe any blogger who breaks these conventions.
