Question: I use unrefined sea salt from Brittany but I am concerned it may be polluted with heavy metals. I do not like using Himalayan salt because of its high iron content. - Jasmina
Answer: We recommend the Celtic Sea Salt brand. It comes from very pure waters. - Sally
Question: I wanted to ask Sally about the safety of taking Bee Pollen and Propolis as a supplement…is it ok for a person on hypertensive medication? - Amita
Answer: When taking bee pollen and propolis, always start out with a tiny amount and build up, because some people can have allergic reactions to it.
I think it would be fine with hypertensive medication–I would question the medication, however. Most people actually don’t need it. - Sally
Question: How much dessicated liver would you recommend using in place of the liver in the goat’s milk formula? - Lori
Answer: I don’t know. It would be better to use real liver. - Sally
Question: I have a question that I really need a answer to. I tried using the milk based formula and the goat milk formula on my baby originally 8 months old at the time. In error I used the porcine gelatin when I made the milk based formula and then found out there was a chicken heart in the chicken livers I grated to put in the goat milks formula. She didn’t tolerate either of the formulas and soon thereafter developed hives that she has until this day. Could the porcine gelatin or the possible raw chicken heart have contributed to this. We’ve had her tested and she is allergic to milk, eggs and bananas. She was negative for a gelatin allergy. Any insight for recommendations you could give would be appreciated as this is weighing on my mind as a mother. Thanks again!! - Sincerely, Ronda
Answer: It is really hard to say what I causing the allergic reaction. You will have to do a process of elimination–try the cows milk without gelatin, etc. As a last resort you can use the liver formula. - Sally

Is bee pollen really all that beneficial, I am only asking because I am confused and have come acrossarticles that say there is nothign to the health claims that science can prove.
Anyhow, I know that scinece does not have all the answers, so can you further enlighten me on the subject, and what are the benefits if indeed science is wrong yet again. Also if there any any real significant benefits, is it safe for children to take, if so from what age and what proportions?

Also I would appreciate if you could give some information on this. Se,, even though I am 25, I still have small boobs and a big body. I am tryign to lose the excess weight, but I also know I will lose some from my boobs as well, something I ma not too happy about as they are not even close to normal size, just small B-Cups. Is there something I can do naturally to increase their size, through diet, whilst trying to lose the excess fat I gained, foolishly thinking that it would mean bigger boobs? As in food, no pills nothing, just pure nautal foods. Is there naythign out htere thaat does increase boob size? Also I want to know, can your stocks be cooked in a slow cooker (crockpot)as well, does it interfere with nutrients in anyway?

Hi Mum, just be thankful your small boobs wont be as saggy as a more well endowed womans might in old age! I cook my chicken stock in the slow cooker every sunday night after we have our roast. I cook it over night and next day its done, too easy. I dont believe this effects the nutrients. Ciao.

Hi Mum, fenugreek has been know to increase breast size especially when eaten as sprouts. The only catch is that
they are bitter. They are however very good for your body and will also aid in weight loss as they normalise bowel movement and clear any fatty deposits accumulated in the channels that feed and nourish your pancreas helping you digest sugars and food better. Another good herb is fennel.

Hello, what I want to know is if I am lactose intolerance can I drink raw milk. I can eat cheese and other milk produces but, milk is another matter. I feel that it could be something in the processing of the milk that is causing the issue.
