		<description>I just bought some "Amazake" (sweet fermented rice) today. I ate in on toast (I don't think that is what you are supposed to use it for.) But it tastes great.  The ingredients say, water, brown rice, cultured rice (fermented??) , sea salt, organically grown. 

Any-one use it?</description>
