We are a community of readers, bloggers, contributors and sponsors who gather to share and learn about Nourishment in all her forms.
At present there are 33,000 plus readers coming to us for information related mostly to food and health but also to alternative parenting and green living options.
Over 23,000 readers find us each month via search engines and about 20% of our traffic comes from referring sites.
Our top keywords used to find us range from candida, insulin resistance, tooth decay and gall bladder to alkaline foods, sourdough bread and making soap.
Early adopters who actively seek information to educate themselves then share their knowledge with others.
From our surveys we’ve discovered that 60% of our readers are women. The largest age group population is 25 - 35. They mostly earn below $60,000 but 28% are health students or practitioners, the student income keeping the average income low. They will spend between 5 and 15% of their income on natural health spending mostly on exercise, super foods and supplements. They are most likely to listen to friends, natural health practitioners and alternative media in regard to their health and least likely to follow the advice of doctors or mainstream media. The main reason they consume natural health products and services is they wish to increase their energy and over all well being (90%) as well as avoid ill health (69%) and increase their longevity and quality of life as they age (52%).

We have gathered 2,000 loyal subscribers who receive our monthly magazine and a core of around 6,000 readers who come again and again to join in the conversation. Traffic spikes as does incoming links when ever we release a new edition.
